If I could, I would not have even given him 1 star. We had an extremely unpleasant experience working with this attorney! Fourteen years after our mother’s passing (yes-14), we discovered he had not ceased her trust. It remained open—something that did not come to light until after our father’s... passing. This was very concerning to our family. During the process of closing our father’s estate, we were repeatedly asked to provide documents (including his actual will) that should have already been maintained in the file, which raised concerns for us about organization and record-keeping. We also received electronic documents containing incorrect names, which added to our concerns about attention to detail. In our experience, handling sensitive matters like trusts requires strong organization, accuracy, and timely communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience in this case. Communication throughout was often delayed or NONexistant. We are relieved to have concluded this process and no longer need to work with this attorney. Based on our experience, we would STRONGLY caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging his services.
