My brother was beaten by staff in booking at the Will County jail and injured. How can he get legal help from jail?

His recourse is to file a lawsuit. I have filed many such lawsuits against the ERTs at the will county jail for the exact conduct.

The legal standard is whether the Doctor was "deliberately indifferent" to a serious medical need. This is much more than a negligence/ malpractice...
