Richard Warner represented us as buyers in our home purchase in December 2014, and he is, by far, THE BEST lawyer I have ever worked with. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very organized. He always took time to explain things thoroughly and wanted to be sure we unde...rstood exactly what we were doing/signing/asking for/agreeing to. He really listened to our concerns, gave excellent advice, and then advocated for us on whatever we decided. We really appreciated that. Richard was always very prompt in responding to our questions/concerns, and kept us in the loop every step of the way either via email, phone, or text. Even when he didn't have the answers yet, he would let us know that he was still waiting and then he would follow up again. That impressed us tremendously. He understood what a stressful time this was for us and he was instrumental in ensuring we were fully prepared for closing. Contract date to closing date on our FHA loan was 37 calendar days, which was a very aggressive expectation. I firmly believe we would not have gotten everything done in time were it not for the tireless efforts of Mr. Warner. It is also important to note that the day we contacted him to let him know we were sending our contract over for review, he was with his wife at the hospital as she was in labor, about to give birth to their first child. He was kind and professional enough to answer our calls/texts, even during such a critical time in his personal life. That says a lot about his character. Not only do I highly recommend Richard Warner as an attorney, I can say with confidence that I will use him for every real estate transaction I make going forward.
