Licensed to practice law in Illinois and West Virginia, Ms Moser holds both BA and MA degrees from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.  She eared her Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA.  Before entering porivate practice, Ms Moser served as Assistant Attorney General of West Virginia.
