Nicholas Alfred Beis

Nick brings diverse experience and an easy going demeanor to each meeting, whether it is with a client or colleague. Nick has practiced law since 2007. His Elder Law practice focuses on asset protection strategies to accelerate qualification for Medicaid and Veterans benefits, without having to deplete all assets. This includes utilizing a variety of trusts, annuities, and gifting strategies. He can also help navigate the actual application process and knows how best to expedite the VA Aid and Attendance process.

Nick’s expertise in estate planning and accounting along with his knowledge of corporate and family-owned business environments compliment the mission of Wilson and Wilson. Nick received his J.D. from the Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2007 and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2004.
