James Michael Chesloe

Chesloe Drafted a Will and submitted it to the Courts knowing that it was NOT Valid. He wrote it up and never had the signature witnessed. Chesloe attempted to prevent a proof of Will hearing from taking place, but had no legal grounds to do such. During a pre trial he admitted to the judge that he d...id not have witnesses present. The Judge threw out the Will and now our family is torn apart because family members are not able to get along. The estate of our parents is now being dissolved away in legal fees and independent executor fees. Because the will was not able to be authenticated due to lack of witnesses it is now unknown what truly was the last wishes of our father.

Had to communicate with him multiple times on the same questions/issues. Doesnt pay attention. Doesnt like to send invoices, despite me asking for them. Seems to drag out what every other lawyer told me was a simple -2 court visit - case. Tells me things that arent true - either blatant lies or i...ncompetence, not sure which.
