Would not recommend

As part of Boundless consultation we were told our case would not qualify for fast track immigration process and we have to wait regular 1,5 year. Gladly we did not listen and have visa in hand after 2 months. She was able to answer basic questions, however upon receiving wrong information once, rem...aining information needed to be still revalidated.

Congratulations! I'm glad to hear that your visa was approved in 2 months! That's great news! Sorry that you gave me such a low review. Please note that I did not advise that you "would not qualify", as I have no way to predict that with certainty; my advice to you was that expedited processing requests "tend" to get denied unless it's based on significant circumstances such as humanitarian reasons, as per the USCIS description found here: https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/expedite-requests. Such circumstances did not exist, so there was a higher chance of denial. This wasn't my own personal opinion- it's based on the language used by the USCIS as well as my experience with other clients who have attempted to request expedited processing under such circumstances and who have been denied. You got lucky. But my goal with all my clients is to be transparent and set the expectation that most of these requests are, unfortunately, denied unless they meet very specific criteria. And I made it very clear that it's always up to the reviewing officer to decide that, as they have full discretion to make that determination. In other words, whether it is approved or not depends on the officer your case ends up with. Much of it comes down to luck. But I always tell clients who inquire about expedited processing that you have nothing to lose by asking for it. The worst that will happen is that they won't approve it but it will have no impact on the case. Finally, I advised that pursuant to Boundless' Limited Scope Agreement, Boundless does not provide assistance with expedited processing requests nor do they normally advise on these matters. I provided this advice on this topic as a courtesy, and clarified that this was something you would have to pursue on your own. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to give me a low review for providing this information. In any case, I wish you both the very best of luck going forward!

Most professional and caring lawyer

Shereen has helped us greatly with the immigration green card application procedure. She has been the most detailed, sharp, and caring lawyer that we worked with. The price of her service is 50% of other lawyers with a similar level of expertise who could deal with our complicated individual case. ... Shereen solved all the potential problems for us to have the best chance for a successful application. She has been on top of every information to and back from the USCIS and communicated with us in a very timely manner. Additionally, Shereen has been very patient in answering all our questions/concerns. We plan to work with Shereen again in the short future. An excellent and reliable lawyer that I highly recommend!

Excellent and professional Immigration Services!

Shereen processed my wife's green card removal of conditions. When the USCIS lost the status of processing and sending the new green card Shereen was able to coordinate with the USCIS officers to issue a new one! We had all but given up hope but Shereen never lost faith. I highly recommend her s...ervices! Thank you Shereen!

House purchase

My husband and I just bought a house and miss Ahmed was our lawyer. She played a very significant role throughout the process. On the day of the closing, she was present and helped fixed some problems that arose on that day, she's an awesome lawyer. Very calm and knowledgeable.
