I initially spoke with and an attorney about modifying my mortgage he said there fee was 1495.00 then I found out after the process was done they only modified my mortgage by 88.00 dollars then I come to find out the actual process total 4995.00 now I have paid them a total of 3000.00 dollars and st...ill owe them 1995.00 … I feel sick to my stomach because I listen to AC Green and his BS don’t believe those people on the radio there lying about their modification.. He must be getting a percentage from them getting people to sign contracts with these people… Don’t do anything with them contact your mortgage company yourself and you will get a better result …

At first glance the organization seems authentic but it's a well oil machine that keeps taking your money without results. Indeed, organized crime under the disguise of helping the neighbo...rhood. These gangbusters have no concern putting hard working people in a position of urgency so you have no other choice than to file bankruptcy, or lose your home to foreclosure. After having my document for about a year they never submitted the loan mod packet to my lender.. Then lied stating how the lender said they were not going to look at the packet if it was submitted. BEWARE! Matthew Baysinger informed of this matter 3-days before the sale of my home in which they give my information to some would be business partners in crime so they could be first in line to buy my home at 200,000 below value. BE WARN! It's my belief they are running a racket by giving inside information to other for a fee...those looking to buy foreclosure property by collecting home-owner financial position and than leading the property-owners down a dead-end with a brick wall.

This firm is not a reliable firm to assist with Foreclosure. They continuously debit money from your account and provide no detailed analysis of how the money is being used or the progress of your case. I came in looking for a solution on getting my mortgage mitigated and instead, the mortgage compan...y has filed a foreclosure against me and my property. I was under the impression that Baysinger was to keep me from getting to the foreclosure stage; however, I feel they have done no such thing! No one can explain to me why did not originally request mitigation before the foreclosure. Now six months later I am in foreclosure and they are wanting more money to represent me in court! I am very disappointed with this firm and their customer service skills are not professional in any way. I find it unacceptable to not get a call back for days and when my call is returned, they offer no adequate updates regarding the case. I pray that my property is not foreclosed upon. I feel that the money I have paid thus far to Baysinger could have kept me out of foreclosure. This firm will not be recommended by me, ever!!!
