Highly recommended

Kathleen was very professional, but also cared about our case. She took the time to let us talk through what was an extremely difficult period in our lives. She never let us feel that we were just another client, she was available anytime and kept us up to date with all the processes and formalities ...of the court system. Her staff is top notch and makes you feel like family. She knows her craft and gave us faith in the judicial process and belief in a fair and honest ability to right the wrongs perpetrated by others who have no care or compassion for the common man. She proved to us that her ability to explain the true events and evidence to a jury would make us once again realize that good people can make a difference.

Professional, Compassionate, Diligent, Exceptional Legal Skills

As a private investigator with over 35 years experience, I have worked for and against hundreds of trial attorneys. When my sister's husband (my brother-in-law) died suddenly, after two doctors failed to properly diagnose his situation, without hesitation I referred my sister to Ms. Zellner. She tr...eated my sister and her children with compassion and professionalism, always keeping them notified as the case progressed. This was a difficult case to prove and the MDs in this case were circling the wagons. Undeterred, Ms. Zellner found the right experts to prove her case, and in a short time she was able to secure a high 6 figure settlement in arbitration, without the trauma and drama of trial. Her diligence, skills, her 100% commitment to my sister were nothing short of exceptional.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
