As a part of our residential real estate closing package we will draft, review and negotiate purchase, sale or lease contracts; coordinate transaction with real estate agents, loan officers, opposing counsel, title company examiners and closers; Negotiate home inspection issues; Prepare and review title transfer documents: Deed, Revenue Declarations, Bill of Sale, Affidavit of Title, and Closing Statements; Clear title commitment objections, liens and encumbrances; Attend closing, and provide review and approval of settlement statement.
We have offices in Homer Glen and Joliet. We provide service in the Greater Chicagoland Area including Lockport, Orland Park, Palos Park, Joliet, New Lenox, Lemont, Mokena, Tinley Park, Romeoville, Frankfort, Crest Hill, Plainfield, and Bolingbrook.
