Emily Ann Shaughnessy

We paid hundreds of dollars for Ms. Shaughnessy to draw up a Parenting Plan / Allocation Agreement, and it is full of ambiguity. No problem right? I called the office and left 4 messages just asking for a return call and perhaps a couple of clarifications. No more than a couple of minutes worth of ...her time, or even her assistant's time. I was told they WILL NOT return my call, because they don't represent me. I was not asking for representation, just clarification. They took the $$$, now they are too busy to back up their (inferior) work. Horrible way to do business. Will definitely tell the judge about this and perhaps all future Parenting Agreements for other folks can be directed elsewhere.

I hired Emily back in October of 2017. She has been nothing but compassionate and kind. My eight year old daughter loves her. She is thorough and cares about the kids. I never get the feeling it’s all about case load and money. I believe for a Emily it’s all about the children and what’s in their bes...t interest.
