We hired Kirsten to lower child support which was in July 2018. She proclaimed she was going to save us money. We would call her and call her and she would never respond or file the motion. We get a bill from her for 5 hundred dollars in phone calls and out of 1500 we owned her money for services sh...e never preformed and phone calls made to get here to do her job. We ended up filing our own motion. If you are smart don't hire this lawyer

I’m not sure how she is in civil cases but in traffic cases she’s horrible! I hired her, did not give me a retainer agreement, ended up overcharging me and to make matters worse basically did what I could’ve done without hiring her. On top of that nobody in that office knows what your balance is. I ...receive a different invoice on a monthly basis with a different balance due. When I call to inquire, they inform me that they switched to a new system. Hmm... 6 months it takes you to learn a new system. Unbelievable!!! For an extra $100 I would’ve gotten a solid lawyer, that would have gotten me out of my traffic ticket. You know what they say, “you go cheap you get cheap.” Well in this case it started out cheap but it accumulated court by court. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Hired Kirsten to represent me in my divorce. Asked that she put an order in to protect my share of the 401k account. She did not. Ex cashed it in. Not once did she show up to court, but instead sent someone to ask for a continuance. When I finally decided I was not getting the services I hired K...irsten for, I hired another attorney. Kirsten sued me for work she never performed, securing my 401k and showing up to court. As a result I had to file bankruptcy and she filed suit against me for the balance due of $3000, this was in addition to the $2000 retainer fee, and a judgement was set against me.

I have incurred Thousands in arreage BECAUSE of this EXACT situation! Now I had to hire a NEW attorney to try to help me fight CONTEMPT charges that I WAS NOT AWARE OF...!! I CANNOT believe this lawyer is STILL employed!! KiKI is her Nickname- at the clubs! KNOW YOUR LAWYERS BEFORE YOU PAY THEM!! If you hire her- you will be ONLY paying for her Jaguar!! I am NOT just a angry Father who lost- I am an angry Father who lost BECAUSE of Kirsten!!! If your cat gets hurt by the neighbors dog- Kirsten is your gal- ANYTHING else- FORGET IT!!!
