it was a friend who recommended Omar Abuzir for my Adjustment of status through marriage,I will never forget his advice I was new to US and lost and my husband was just permanent resident not a citizen.and I called and I asked him is it worth it to do the application even my husband is not citizen ye...t or I should apply and be on process.It was best advice ever..he told me if there is a law created for such cases like you to apply for green card even though spouse is not a citizen ,why don't you take advantage of it,so I trusted his advice and we filled the case.it was best decision ever. at every step he was just accurate and helpful,he told me you will receive EAD card with 60-70 days it did happen exactly. when we were at the interview i was freaking out he was calming us down and so confident and helped us or corrected some sentences if we needed with USCIS officer.we got approved and I got green card within 10 days after interview,I cant thank him enough,he is has huge knowledge in Immigration cases.besides he is not a money guy,his prices are reasonable.

I received a denial for my immigration case, which was sitting without movement for several years. I've consulted with several good attorneys and received pretty much the same conclusion: my case did not look favorable. Nothing looked promising and I was mentally getting ready to look for ways to mig...rate to Canada. I was referred to Omar by one of the lawyers, hoping that he will be able to magically solve my case. Mr. Omar was very calm and friendly. First two visits I was interviewed by him, so that he can get a full picture of my case and why it wasn't getting approved. At the end Omar helped me come up with the answer to my denial letter. The letter was sent and then there was a loooong waiting period. Finally, I received a call from Omar, saying that we have good news and my case was approved. Was I happy? No! I could not believe it. Years of working on the case, multiple and expensive conversations with immigration lawyers and finally knowing that I'm finally going to resolve my case... 3-4 weeks later I received a residency. Few more fix later I went to my first international trip to Mexico in over 8 years. Without Omar I don't know what would happen with my life. Thank you so much for your service!
