Omar Adel Abuzir

Last 2007 when I decided to almost give up with my immigration case and go back to Philippines because my other lawyer did not do well with my case. My friend told me to hire Atty Omar Abuzir and fire the previous lawyer. And so I did. Atty Abuzir did whatever it takes to get the job well done. He told me how long my case gonna be fixed and always updated me the status of the case. I received a denial for my immigration case, which was sitting without movement for several years. I've consulted with several good attorneys and received pretty much the same conclusion: my case did not look favorable. Nothing looked promising and I was mentally getting ready to look for ways to mig...rate to Canada. I was referred to Omar by one of the lawyers, hoping that he will be able to magically solve my case. Mr. Omar was very calm and friendly. First two visits I was interviewed by him, so that he can get a full picture of my case and why it wasn't getting approved. At the end Omar helped me come up with the answer to my denial letter. The letter was sent and then there was a loooong waiting period. Finally, I received a call from Omar, saying that we have good news and my case was approved. Was I happy? No! I could not believe it. Years of working on the case, multiple and expensive conversations with immigration lawyers and finally knowing that I'm finally going to resolve my case... 3-4 weeks later I received a residency.
