Todd is an amazing attorney! Todd's expertise and professionalism were obvious from our first meeting. My consultation was extremely thorough and educational about the divorce process. Todd truly cares about his clients and demonstrated this by being available and responsive to any question or conc...ern that I had at just about any time of the day or night. Todd worked hard for me and made a stressful time in my life so much easier.

I hired Mr. Walters for my divorce. After two years I still wasn't divorced, but paid him $6,000 up front. He told me he was withdrawing from my case three times. He told me on the third threat of withdrawing two days before my divorce was supposed to take place. He really didn't have a good reason ...to withdraw. I highly recommend NOT to hire this lawyer for anything. I've read other complaints that he seems to have a habit of taking ones money, treats his clients like they are bothering him, and never completing the job he was hired for. He is one big mistake of a lawyer.

There are so many possitive adjectives I could use to describe Mr. Walters. Therefore, II will not use just one. The minute I met him and sat down in his conference room, he displayed a high level of enthuiasm and concern for genuinely and immediately helping me with my problem. He could have very easily told me he could not help me because I could not afford his initial fee but he did not go down that path. I will never for get thatMr Walters changed my hardened view of attorneys due to his concern and compassion for others.

Although I reside in Texas and the case was out of Illinois I knew I could count on Todd to represent me without incurring additional traveling expenses.He was very honest with me by indicating that it may not be an open an...d shut case, we discussed the retainer fee and he allowed me to be on a payment plan, Todd kept me informed of the details and I thought it would be a very long drawn out case, Todd was able to settle the case without me having to pay my ex-wife any back pay and the best thing of all was that the original retainer was decreased because the case didn't require the time Todd had originally thought.
