Biography
Isaac Franco focuses his practice in corporate and real estate law. He counsels companies of all sizes in a variety of corporate transactions. He represents clients, both sellers and purchasers, in residential real estate and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Franco’s broad range of business and tax experience allows him to approach his clients’ legal matters in a multifaceted way. Mr. Franco has prior experience with Fitzgerald, Franke, and Hewes, the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of Chief Counsel, Loyola’s Federal Tax Clinic, and he externed for the Honorable Judge Kendall of the Seventh Circuit’s Northern District.
Mr. Franco received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago’s School of Law and his B.A. from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Franco was awarded both Loyola’s Leadership and Service Award and Loyola’s Public Interest Award for his commitment of service to the community. His legal philosophy is that communication, diligence, and professionalism are the cornerstones of high quality representation.
