When I was younger and foolish, I got myself into a lot of trouble on more than one occasion. Dave was my lawyer and he spent a lot of his time counseling me. When I got into trouble again, he was there to represent me and continue to reach out to help get me on the right track. It has been a few ...years, my life is good and I recently hired Dave to help me obtain my driving privileges which I lost along the way. I'm a different person today and having had Dave in my corner when I was in trouble helped me tremendously. I highly recommend Dave--he is a great defense attorney, he cares and I trust him.

First both David and Matt were very rude. I spoke with Walsh briefly during which he was very dismissive but I hired David for my case because he seemed nice and was referred to me by a friend, I paid him money for which he did nothing but get continuances and give me attitude. Second he pu...shed the continuances so far that the plaintiff had an opportunity to file additional charges! It was clear to me weeks before this problem that the plaintiff was not going to simply disappear. Furthermore he failed to tell me these additional charges had been filed and that my court date had been moved. I ended up having to make an appearance 2 days later instead of 12 days. If it were not for my own diligence by looking up my case on the internet I would have had a warrant for my arrest. He did not care about my case but had no trouble asking for more money. I am very dissatisfied with the service that Walsh Fewkes & Associates have provided and will not patronize their services again.
