I was sent a letter of foreclosure which I thought was not merited. I contacted Damon's office and immediately I got answers and relief as I was explained my rights and that they could help. It was the christmas season and just talking to the Paralegal "Zack" helped me to breath again. I was sched...uled to come in for consultation when I first met Damon. Wow is all I can say. I had lost all faith in lawyers but this guy is Magnificent. He not only helped me to sell my condo, but during the process buy another home and recoup damages from the condo Mortgage Company. Foreclosure is hard for anyone to endure, no matter how much knowledge you may have. It is refreshing to find someone that will listen and work with you to make sure that your interests are protected and that you are informed of your options. It is a relief to be able to leave a message (whether it... be by phone or email) and receive a response without having to continuously leave messages. All in all, Damon was attentive to my plight and worked diligently on finding a resolution that was workable and in my favor. Damon has been working with my husband and I on obtaining a loan modification for our mortgage.
