Biography
Rocco Massari founded Massari Law, LLC in 2015 with the mission to provide quality, integrity driven legal services to clients, using a practical, client-focused approach to identify and respond to life’s opportunities and challenges. Rocco graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in 2003 and the Valparaiso University Law School with his J.D. in May 2013. While in Law School, Rocco served in the Valparaiso University Tax Clinic where he provided legal representation to impoverished clients. Rocco gained practical experience in the Tax Clinic negotiating Offers in Compromise and Currently Not Collectible Statuses with the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, Rocco gained practical experience handling property tax appeals for Cook, Will, Lake and Dupage Counties while working as a law clerk at a firm specializing in property tax appeals. Lastly, Rocco gained hands on experience working on litigation cases for the City of Chicago Park District during his time as a law clerk.
