Jordan Catherine Young

Jordan Young focuses her practice on all aspects of family law throughout the Chicagoland area, including Cook County, Will County, DuPage County, Kane County, and Kendall County.

Ms. Young recognizes the highly emotional nature of family law proceedings and provides individualized communication and strategy to navigate her clients through the difficulties of these matters. Ms. Young is solution-oriented and will work tirelessly to advocate for the interests of her clients. Keeping their needs in mind, Ms. Young takes a personal approach to provide compassion and commitment to understand the intricacies of each client’s individual case and to achieve his or her desired goals

Jordan Young grew up in Tinley Park, a suburb southwest of Chicago, and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for her undergraduate degree, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Ms. Young earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, making the Dean’s list each semester and was awarded the CALI Excellence Award for Legal Writing. She began her career in family law by clerking for a solo practitioner and subsequently clerking at a boutique Chicago-based family law firm, where she was hired as an associate upon being admitted to the Illinois Bar and remained there for several years. After obtaining the requisite knowledge and experience in the practice of family law, Ms. Young opened her own firm to better accommodate the needs of her clients and adapt to the evolving nature of the legal field. In her free time, Ms. Young enjoys spending time with her Cane Corso named “Radar,” attending concerts, and making memories with family and friends.
