Bryan L. Shell

Bryan is a wonderful Lawyer. He has great staff. I've never had a single issue with getting a phone call back, or email. I've been updated on my case as well in a timely manner. Going to physical therapy, Shots in my arm. Until the day came when surgery was ordered by my doctor and the workmen's comp doctor also agreed with the first surgery to my elbow and agreed to move onto my shoulder. That when all the calls stopped with the adjuster for 2 months. I consulted with Bryan... and he even tried calling to get things moving before I hired him to be fair. After two weeks and no return calls I hired Bryan to handle the matter. Within no time things where moving and I had my first surgery. Then I moved onto my two surgery's for my shoulder. Workers compensation wanted to deny all of this even though I had three IME from there doctor stating that he agreed with everything my doctor had stated. Bryan took care of it swiftly. Everything was taken care of and the outcome was good. Bryan was fair and honest and made sure all matters where taken care of. I would highly recommend Bryan as Attorney. What I was most impressed with was he did not push a contract for me to sign on the first day I meet with him. He worked for two weeks trying to get Workers compensation to work with me, However they did not and I did hire Bryan and I am thankful that I did.

Mr. Shell took on my case in real estate with short notice even though I know he was busy with injury cases. He provided me with the proper documents and information to make our purchase an easy transaction.
