Tom Tozer has more than 20 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in court, helping people sell and purchase homes, drafting wills and trusts, and providing businesses with legal and litigation consulting, as well as commercial real estate acquisitions and other matters. He has more than 20 years' experience practicing law in the Chicago area. Tom is also a Court Certified Mediator with the Cook County Circuit Court, Law Division and Chancery Division, the Will County Circuit Court, and is a founding member of the Association of Attorney Mediators, Illinois Chapter.
