Real estate closing for condo sale and home purchase

My husband and I worked with Michael Pyrchalla for two recent transactions, a condo sale in the city of Chicago (Cook County) and a home purchase in Darien, IL (DuPage County). We sold our condo and then, essentially, used some that equity to purchase a home. We used an accelerated timeframe, and e...ven moved our closing date on the home to less than 30 days, once we received the "clear to close" from our lender. Michael was very knowledgeable about the real estate transaction processes both in Cook and DuPage, and walked us through lots of back-and-forth. He represented us and pushed back with the seller or buyer where appropriate. The closings for both transactions went very smoothly, and we could not be happier. He has a very straightforward demeanor and will walk you through complex situations in an easy-to-understand manner. He will also vigorously defend your interests, which is essential when dealing with real estate. We were in very capable hands, and have peace of mind in our fabulous new home. We cannot offer any higher praise than Mike is an outstanding attorney!
