The arrest is expungable, but I'm not sure if that would clear any gang designation.

There should be a procedure through the fire department that responded with the ambulance to get a copy without a subpoena.

This offense is not expungable. Also, the registration is by statute and he cannot get removed, unless his registration is less than a lifetime...

Pretty sure any alcohol treatment facility will have a PBT. I believe it is protocol to give a PBT before certain group counseling sessions.
