Replied last September 17, 2025This review is baseless. This mortgage broker worked for the buyer who was not my client, as I represented the seller. The mortgage broker severely misstated the facts, including because earnest money was never withheld and because the parties' contract expressly made the buyer liable for damages caused by its inspectors/appraisers. I advanced the arguments on behalf of my client, as I'm obligated to do.
