Biography
For over 20 years, attorney Candace Tyndall has been providing legal representation to those in Chicago, the South Suburbs, and all of Chicagoland. She specializes in representing buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as general corporate matters. With over 24 years of transactional experience, she has the necessary knowledge to best represent you in any real estate matter you may encounter. Attorney Tyndall has also served as general counsel for her own commercial real estate portfolio owning a suite of triple net properties with tenants such as Advanced Auto, CVS, DaVita Dialysis, Seacoast Bank and Dollar General. Prior to turning her practice solely to real estate transactions, attorney Tyndall was a corporate transactional attorney for a large firm and a fortune 500 retailer focusing on Mergers, Acquisitions, private and public financing and corporate governance among other matters.
