April Brandi Senter

Attorney April Senter is a Chicago-area native, born and raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago. She has her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University, along with a foreign language certificate in Spanish earned in 2010. She went on to study Health Law and Labor Law at Saint Louis University School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctorate. She was honored to serve as a staff member of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review and of the 2012 Frederick Douglas Moot Court Team.

Upon returning to Chicago in 2013 She passed the Illinois Bar and have since been admitted to both the Illinois State Bar and the General Bar of the Northern District of Illinois Federal Courts.

April has worked as an Attorney at firms throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. She has practice experience in Bankruptcy, Real Estate-Commercial and Residential, Probate, Landlord/Tenant disputes and Estate Planning.

She found her passion for real estate representation while working under the tutelage of exemplary agents and attorneys over the past few years. Having attended her first real estate closing in 2010 and to date she regularly represents clients in 40-50 closings on behalf of buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential transactions each year. Providing exemplary Legal Representation in Flossmoor and throughout the Chicago area is her greatest joy.

April also provides legal counsel for those looking to protect their assets through thoughtful Estate and Medicare Planning assistance. She also practices Probate law, assisting many families in dealing with the difficulties related to the loss of a loved one or the care of a disabled relative in need. In addition to these services Attorney Senter assists client obtain a fresh start through Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy.
