My first experience shopping for a home was a particularly frustrating one. The lender repeatedly failed to file paperwork in time to meet deadlines, forgot to take care of crucial parts of the process, and was often difficult to get in contact with. Because of this the closing date was pushed back... several times. Throughout this ordeal Chris remained involved and proactive. He sent multiple letters to the lender and the sellers, coordinated several reschedulings, and drafted or reviewed multiple versions of the contract. He was always available and responsive, even in the evenings and on weekends. I was, frankly, amazed by the amount of work he put into my case for what he charged. It was by far the best money I spent throughout the entire home-buying process, and definitely my best experience with any kind of attorney to date. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough.
