I am a multi-lingual attorney, who graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and earned her law degree from Case Western University Law School. I will guide you through the legal process and represent you with a degree of dedication and knowledge that is difficult to match in order to achieve the best possible result.
I have extensive experience in family immigration, H1Bs, and green cards, as well other aspects of immigration law. I also represent criminal defendants both in federal and state courts. Most recently, I co-counseled and won a criminal bank fraud trial in the federal court. I am currently representing defendants charged with armed robbery and murder.
The Law Office of Mina Zardkoohi is dedicated to supporting social justice and advocating for social awareness. I specialize in giving lower-income individuals access to criminal defense or helping them secure a path to legal immigration status. It is frustrating and unjust that many people cannot afford legal representation when their lives depend on it, whether it is struggling to stay in the U.S or fighting a criminal charge. Most law firms are unaffordable, and non-profit legal aid organizations may reject your case if your income is above a certain threshold, which means that many in need are left to their own devices. My law office is here to fill that gap. I offer free initial consultations for all, and most importantly, I charge affordable flat fees for all services, so that there are no surprises at the end of your case. In addition, I will also always work with you to come up with a payment plan.
Whether you are fighting a criminal charge or fighting for your immigration status, I will represent you with unyielding conviction. Having come to the U.S from a war-torn country, I understand that the circumstances of where and how one grew up shape our decisions and actions. For me, it is not just about winning a case. It is about representing you in a way so that you can finally be seen as much more than your criminal history or your immigration status.
