If I could give her a zero I would! She is the worst attorney, very unprofessional. I hired her for child support case, her office lost my documentation (w2, tax returns) and charge double when I took them a second copy. During my case instead of representing me she was casually talk with the judge a...bout her vacation. Don’t waste your time or money with this attorney. I hired her because she was highly recommended but honestly I regret it. I did a better job myself.

LISETTE SERRANO worked for me on two matters surrounding my divorce.(Post divorce) She was hard-working and pragmatic but most of all honest about the cost and the return; an analysis that many attorneys will not help you work through. The opposing counsel had unlimited funds and I did not but we sti...ll got an outcome that was favorable given the totality of my circumstances. I was married for 26 years lived in the north shore had a home on the beach in Florida and was a devoted housewife/mother. My ex-husband was able to take voluntary pay cuts and left me without a home no cash and a modest retirement of $30k. I was 55 years old No degree and out of the workforce for 25 years. I believe she actually values the relationship she forms with her client and is invested. I admire her story and her as a person. She has a big heart but she can be tough when required. She did not drag out negotiations unnecessarily and was ready to take this to a hearing quickly to save on fees. Lisette had asked me to give her a review before my case was over, so I gave her a glowing review. As it turns out, I would have been better off had she not solicited my business. It took her over 5 years to get my divorce to court all the while charging me thousands. If that wasnt bad enough she wa...snt even able to secure my ex husbands pension for me, now let me tell you I was a stay at home mom and hone maker during the day and had a littlle part time job at night for 27 years while married and she wasn't able to get me much. Family Court is never fun but the lawyers at Serrano Solutions are awesome. She gave me confidence and knowledge every step of the way.
