Client fell in a hole at a dollar store which had left the doors to its ground storage open. Because of severe emotional problems related to this incident, client became homeless. A small finding in her cervical area (neck), could not be linked to the fall incident, per her doctor at University of Chicago, who opined that the finding was a pre-exisiting condition.
