Below are the steps: 1, she listened to our love and relationship history and also told us what to expec...t in the application process, and what documents were needed to prove our relationship 2, through emails & hard copies, we provided our documents for her to gather. 3, we had appointment again. And she finalized the package that was submitted to government 4, My wife received the notice for finger print and then the interview, faster than the average time that people typically spend. (Julie said that's probably because our case doesn't have too much complexity) 5, Julie went to the government interview with us, and our case got approved soon after the interview. We're waiting for the card now. I think what Julie did especially well through the process was that she always communicate with you, the more you're familiar with the process the more control you'll build. On the other hand she listens to your concerns. She tells you what is special in your case, what is not a big problem, how might gov "challenge" you, and how you "defend" it by providing correct material. She help you choose best strategy. Also, she gave us a mock interview which helped a lot in preparing the real one. To sum up, we are very satisfied with her service
