Brian Michael Krause

Attorney Krause is a lifetime resident of the Chicago area and a graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Prior to starting his practice, Mr. Krause held positions in a transportation and logistics company and as a clerk in public interest jobs.

Attorney Krause began his law practice as a consultant for a large suburban property management company. While working as a legal consultant alongside experienced real estate professionals, attorney Krause handled an array of property matters ranging from landlord/tenant disputes to real estate transactions. This in turn led to opportunities representing other real estate developers, bar & restaurant establishment owners and landlords involved in property disputes in Chicago and the suburbs.
