This is a Class A misdemeanor. Hire a good lawyer and try to get it amended to a non-sexual charge such as battery.

There might be a local ordinance against allowing broken down vehcils form remaining on property. Check the village code - they are usually online.

No. Felony convictions (other than small possessions of drug cases) are not eligible. You must apply for clemency and/or a governor's pardon.

If you plead guilty, the other driver can use that against you if he sues you. A good lawyer will help you avoid that with a stipulated bench trial.

This was likely a zero points violation. The village can set up a system, and due process alows you to have a hearing, which you had.
