Riley Nels Oncken

I was appointed Riley thru the courts. He did not return phone calls. He did not take anytime to help me move forward with a DCFS case. He only talked to me one consultation and then on the court dates. I had a problem with A subsidiary of DCFS (Luthern Social Service Ins) not moving forward to get ...me into the appts LSSI wanted me to do. He continued case month after month not contacting Social Services to move forward. Had too many cases appointed to him by the court. I was told he could spend more time on my case and get it finished if I paid cash. He shows up for the court doing the minimum. He wasted a year of my young children's lives dragging out unnecessary continuations.
