I thought my son was in good hands. He told me he got someone with exact same charges no time. My son who also has a disability and it’s his first offense has been ruled to do an excessive amount of time on a first offense. There was never any motions filed, the police, who had my son sign statements... he didn’t even understand were never questioned. Nothing was done at all for my son just a bunch of continuances and status court dates then a ruling. My son got more time than people who have committed murder. He couldn’t even send me invoices every time I sent him money through an app. I requested an invoice every time I sent money. Then he told me he doesn’t use that app anymore with the email and never informed me of the changes to his firm.

I hired him to defend me in a criminal and dui. I have strong proof im innocent of both. I told him to file a "motion to resend" because i depend on my license for my job. He did file it but never got it signed by a judge because he's always late and asking for pointless continuace's. Now i lost my l...icense and job for no reason! He's not doing any better on the criminal case. Dosen't return calls or texts. I keep records of all calls and texts. I'm sorry i hired this lawyer. I also have witness's to all. A friend of mine recommended him, I called him made a contract with him, pay him $1000 out of $1500 first court day, he didn’t show up, he said he was in another court and traffic and bla, bla, bla! I was piece off but I went home and they give me another court day, after talking to him I divided to... give him another chance. Court date was almost here and he didn’t event called me, I think he took another job for that day, so I called him and asked what we would do. We agree on what we would do in court, court day was yesterday and he never spear, he was in another court in another county, same thing! I was piece of these people in court know him very well the keep my file to the end giving him time to show up, but he never show up! Then he send me a message what I didn’t see until I was available to leave. He said that he was trying to do FaceTime FaceTime! Imagine I can’t use the fog one in court! But maybe because they know him they’ll do it! So I guess he is keeping my 1000 because I asked for redound but he didn’t answer back.
