Mark Richard Imielski

Admitted to practice in 2013, Mark Imielski is the newest associate to join Martoccio & Martoccio. Though he has only been practicing for a short time he has developed a reputation as a tenacious but pragmatic litigator, who fights aggressively for his clients but is more than capable of understanding the necessity of crafting creative settlement solutions where possible.

Mark is an active member of the DuPage and Kane County Bar Associations and was recently appointed to the list of approved Guardian ad Litems for DuPage County.

Mark graduated with honors from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois where he was a creative writing and journalism double major. Thereafter he attended the Northern Illinois University School of Law, where he was a member of the legal aid and moot court societies.

His background in professional writing gives Mark the ability to make legal arguments both understandable and persuasive to the many Judges he now regularly appears before.

As a proud resident of Kane County, Mark enjoys giving back to the community that has provided him a career he loves and a place to call home. When he is not practicing law he can be found volunteering at the Naperville humane society, or riding his bicycle along the Fox River Trail.
