Zubair Ahmad Khan

I was referred to him from another attorney who I later learned received one third of the attorneys fees he generated on my defense case. Mr khan who I retained as I was being sued for injunctive relief alleging a breach of a probate court settled case, advised me he could have the case dismissed by ...motion as he represented it was filed in the wrong court and instead should have been filed in probate court.This turned out to be false as he lost the motion which was barred under state statute to be brought in probate court as once that case was closed it could not be reopened. Further the other party counsel hit him with numerous discovery requests he ignored including a third party subpoena he promised to file a motion to quash and never did. He eventually withdrew as my counsel getting me in allot of trouble and running up a $6000 legal bill and well as running up the other sides legal fees ona frivolous motion. Do not hire this attorney as he only looks to make money off you and not look out for the best interest of the client
