I stay away from writing negative reviews online however feeling compelled to write this one. We are a real estate firm based in Dallas and reached out to this guy for EB5 due to an intro from EB5 affiliate network and it was a nightmare. Extremely dubious and untrustworthy person and I would stay aw...ay from him unless you would want to lose your own reputation. In our specific case, we had family/friends in India wanting to do EB5 in our projects here in USA. He claimed he was going to India and wanted "contact information" for them so he can reach out to them via whatsapp prior to his visit. Fortunately, we did not trust him and had our trustworthy middlemen whom he would work with instead of our family and friends as we did not know this guy personally. That was the best decision we made to have our trustworthy middlemen as he never showed up in India to meet with our friends and family and only was doing this to get contact info to pitch other projects potentially and get fees. Clearly a very dishonest person - stay away and hope this helps.
