Biagio brings fifteen years of small business experience in the catering and restaurant industries to his practice. In addition, he was a web design consultant catering to the technological needs of small businesses for eleven years. His representative clients include restaurants, small businesses, web developers, graphic designers, programmers, sports leagues, Internet service providers, general contractors, e-businesses and franchisees.
Biagio received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in Political Science . He received his juris doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He is proficient in Italian and Spanish.
