We picked Larry to handle both of our home sale and purchase transactions and we couldn't be happier with our choice. We had an extremely difficult buyer coming in with a VA loan, and on top of that, that this buyer had some financing problems, which thought at one point it would kill both of our dea...ls. Larry kept us on the loop on everything that was going on, and had leverage with the attorneys on our purchase side. Our deals were delayed almost a month because of this difficult buyer, but Larry handled this amazingly well and we didn't lose our dream home we wanted to purchase.
