I hired Gustavo Santana for an injury at work and i have gotten great results!!! He was a great help to me and my family and i am glad I chose him. Gustavo Has a nice office with Comfortable furniture, Decorations pleasing to the eye, Nice and cheerful staff members, and keeps his office clean and ...well kept on top of all that. I would definitely rate him 5 stars and recommend him to anyone who needs an Honest, Trustworthy, and Helpful Lawyer. He was not honest, he told us what we wanted to hear and at the end the results were not good. He over charged us for his services. I think he just wants your money. He never showed up to the courts. I hire Santana not his assistant or other lawyers at his firm. The receptionist is very unprofession...al and rude. Very bad services since day one; I thought I hire a professional lawyer. NOT RECOMMENED

I was recomended to seek Gustavo Snatana for legal help from a freind of a freind. When I first met him he promised and assured me he would not only help me and guide me but would get my issue resolved in about a month and asked for what i thought to be a high fee but from what he promised it seemed ...worth it. Then after three weeks I found myself calling him to find out the status only to find out that he had not even started the case but also he had trasnfered the file to another of his associates without asking me. The associate thet I was transfered to has not only not kept his word but seems not to care about me or my case. All in all the service I payed for reflects on the law offices of Gustavo Santana and its poor service and attention to myself as a client. By the way it has been about Five months since Mr. Santana promised this would be resolved in what was suposed to be one month. and once again I find myself calling their office to find out the status and never have my calls returned in a timely fashion.
