Working with Christine was a pleasure. We hired her when buying our new home, and as first time buyers, the process seemed daunting. She kept us on track, made otherwise complicated documents seem simple, and provided timely responses to questions. Closing took less than an hour, and none of it seeme...d rushed. She clearly explained everything while emphasizing the important points. I was expecting a stressful day, but it ended up being a breeze. Highly recommend Christine!

Christine helped me purchase my first home (a condo) in Chicago. She made sure all of the (many) details of my inspection, title, closing, etc. were addressed and was always responsive to my inquiries. We completed the purchase without a hitch and I couldn't be more pleased with her professionalism a...nd knowledge regarding home sales. I was very pleased with Christine M. Palkovic's services as well as everyone in her office. They were quick to respond to my questions, resonable price for service. And even though I never got to meet Christine personally she was very attentive through her emails and assistants help. We had a very... smooth and organized closing for the house that we bought. They took us step by step and we understood everything that was explained to us by her and her associates. We will definatly recomend her to family and friends. Or use her again in the future if we ever buy another property.

Closing on our first condo we were very nervous and had a lot of questions about the entire process. Christine was extremely helpful and made us very comfortable. Whenever we had a question, and we had a lot, Christine got back to us right away and explained everything in detail. I also feel Chris...tine did a great job getting us everything we wanted after the inspection and brought up several things we would have never thought of. We also had a very easy and quick closing.
