Mr. Hribal handled a real estate closing for me recently. It was more complicated than would be typical because the buyer had some difficulty obtaining financing. He was recommended to me by a friend and I hired him to represent me in a real estate transaction. Went to closing, signed all papers, went home and waited for the check that never come (I was the seller). After two weeks I decided to back out of the deal. While I understand he had nothing to do with... the money not being wired by the buyer he handled very poorly the pre-closing extensions requested by the buyer and he also returned the earnest money saying that the buyer has to agree for the money to be forfeited.
