Biography
I have been practicing law in Maryland and Illinois since 1970. I practice before the highest courts in Illinois including the Supreme Court as well as practice in all counties of the state as well as in federal court. I practiced before the highest courts in the state of Maryland including the Court of Appeals as well as in US District Court and it the circuit court of the City of Baltimore.
I am principally a trial attorney. I have tried more than 2500 cases to verdict, including more than 175 jury trials. In addition to trying cases in Maryland and Illinois, I have tried cases to verdict in Wisconsin, New Mexico, Missouri, Texas, and Massachusetts.
I am a zealous advocate for all my clients. I fight for them most aggressively. I believe I am a strong advocate for the little man who does not have the power, money, or political clout to do well in the legal system.
