Alex Taylor, was my knight in shining armor. He successfully resolved 2 issues with rouge debt collectors. Alex won both cases, had the trade lines deleted and I received funds. Alex was professional but not condescending, respectful of me and the law. Before a decision was made, he would consult m...e and weigh the pros and cons and allow me to make the final call.
