Bankrptcy and commercial sale success

Mr. Whelan took on my case against the bank trying to take my gas station without compensation. It took going through a bankruptcy to help me discharge a lot of debt and getting my station sold in a very complicated sale while holding the bank off from a foreclosure of the property. There were tena...nt problems, EPA issues and payoff amounts that Mr. Whelan did an effective job getting resolved. I was able to avoid any deficiency and get the debt to the bank satisfied. His diligency in staying with the issues virtually every day on the phone and in court really got the job done.
