also known as Bill Blanchard
In 2013, after 40 years of general practice, I decided to concentrate on real estate transactions, real estate property tax assessment appeals, and other real estate related matters. Buying and selling real estate have become more complex and challenging since i began a law career in 1973. My clients have an open line of communicaton with me and, in fact, have my cell phone number. I take or respond to client calls 7 days aweek.
Real estate agents can call me anytime as well to recieve free net sheets for sellers and buyers within minutes and can call whenever they need to "ask a lawyer." I find my agent contacts greatly appreciate haveing clients legal questions answered while they are at a listing or sales appointment.

Suspension issued in IL, 2016
updated on 09/14/2019Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a specific period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
“I consented to a suspension in 2016 for failing to maintain a segregated client trust account. The violation did not involve a client or the loss of any client funds. No client filed a complaint or took part in the disciplinary commission's investigation. In my 45 years of practice I'd never had a client register a complaint. I was honest with the commission and admitted that I broke the rules on account maintenance. My honesty, charity and community involvement were all mitigating factors.”
