Biography
Tom has over 30 years of practice in litigation in these areas: legal malpractice, personal injury, catastrophic auto and trucking wrecks, Traumatic Brain Injury and Wrongful Death, Nursing Home Neglect and Abuse matters, and sexual assault/abuse of children and vulnerable adults. He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained substantial settlements in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Tom spends a tremendous amount of time with clients, consultants, and experts. He focuses his efforts on learning the client's objectives and developing a strategy to accomplish the objectives. The client is the boss, and that is how Tom treats the relationship with his clients. He's been recognized by Super Lawyers and the Leading Lawyers Network for his work representing injured people and their families and for his representation of other lawyers. He explains the legal processes to clients to the extent they want to know, recognizing that some clients want to know more than others do.
