Susan D. Shivers

Susan was great and professional in helping move on with my life and make my divorce as painless as possible. It was emotionally heated at times and Susan was great at helping me navigate through it, even when I was emotional and not in the right state of mind to make good decisions. And she answered... all of my questions in plain English without lawyer babble, even though I probably asked her the same questions several times. I felt Susan was tough and that she really cared about my case.

Unfortunately I did not have good experience with Susan. To my dismay I found that she was very good at billing but was constantly complaining about how complicated my case was. There was never an action plan, everything was reactive. As a result I was forced to higher another attorney. I think Susa...n would do better if your case is simple.
